Hash Grill & Catering is committed to providing a convenient and reliable food delivery service. This policy outlines our delivery areas, timeframes, fees, and other important information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We currently offer delivery to the following areas in Nairobi:

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our restaurant to your delivery location:

Free Delivery: Orders above KSh 3,000 qualify for free delivery within an 8 km radius.

Delivery Times

Our delivery service operates during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM
  • Friday - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Estimated Delivery Time: We strive to deliver all orders within 45-60 minutes from the time the order is confirmed. During peak hours, inclement weather, or heavy traffic conditions, delivery times may be longer. You will receive an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Minimum Order: The minimum order value for delivery is KSh 500.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with the delivery rider's contact information. You can call the rider directly for updates on your delivery.
  • Contact Information: Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information and delivery address when placing your order. Our rider will call you when they arrive at your location.
  • Undeliverable Orders: If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information, no response at the delivery location, or other customer-related issues, you may still be charged for the order and delivery fee.
  • Food Quality: Our food is packaged to maintain optimal temperature and quality during delivery. However, certain dishes may be better enjoyed immediately after preparation. Please check our menu for recommendations on dishes best suited for delivery.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods for delivery orders:

  • M-Pesa: Our preferred payment method for contactless delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery: Please have the exact amount ready, as our delivery riders may not carry change.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Online payment during checkout.
